Well, here are the photo's I have, I am creating a video on youtube but it's taking a while. Funny story.
I am picked up the from the airport by an amazing missions partner of CPC, her name is Sara Keiper. As I am driving to the city, our future land lord calls, he just wants to check in and make sure we are still on for our appointment. I then explain that I am actually very close to the place right then. He then tells me he'll be over in less then 5 minutes. We walk through the place and I like it alot. It has great new hard wood flors, with a big kitchen, for the options we had, and lots of usable space. He shows me down stairs which has the laundry and has a ton of storage space. He shows me the back yard which needs some weeding and some care, but has a safe area to lock up bikes. He then tells me I need to let him know soon as there is a guy coming 3:00 in after noon who wants it and another coming Saturday, who knows if that was true, but he got me. I liked the place alot, plus it has two really nice couches which the current renter wants to sell for super cheap. This means I won't have to move a couch up stairs and we get to sell our couches instead of lug them across the country. Here are some pics, but like I said I mainly took video. Th street is filled with families, professors, students and various diverse people. Tennis courts are located two blocks away as well as a park. The bus for Kristin's school is two blocks away, which takes 6 minutes to get to U Penn. The location is 1.3 miles away from the nursing building at U Penn. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the freeway. We live on the third floor.
